Why are you the best choice for me?

You should consider working with me if you struggle with health issues like perimenopause symptoms, skin, chronic inflammation, autoimmune, and/or metabolic disorders, and pretty much have tried everything out there only to find that you can’t maintain it for more than a few weeks or months at a time. 

I have worked as a professional certified nutritionist and dietitian for many years. During this time, I developed my signature method and have helped countless people eat better, achieve clearer skin, heal their bodies, sleep better, focus better, and improve their lives.

My clients are committed to their health. They have the energy and confidence to pursue their highest dreams and goals. They no longer feel overwhelmed about food, diet, and lifestyle decisions. They have clarity about what and how to do things in the right way for THEM.

On a personal level, I’ve encountered many health problems in the past, including a persistent skin condition. This created a fire in me, so to speak, to develop my signature evidence-based and holistic method to find the perfect diet and plan to help you achieve your goals.

What type of services do you provide?

I offer a wide range of services that are not limited to medical nutrition therapy, food relationship coaching, meal planning, and lab testing.

 

I believe that the key to feeling better is eating better. Through these services, I know that you’ll mitigate your health concerns and live a fabulous life.

 

More services include: nutrition counseling and consultation, meal planning, recipes, food relationship coaching, testing, text support in-between sessions, and supplements.

What kind of results can I expect?

As a health provider professional, I cannot guarantee results. However, I have helped hundreds of people improve their lives, alleviate their health conditions, improve their look, confidence, and increase their energy by using my knowledge and experience.

 

Clearer glowing skin, more energy, reduce gut discomfort and bloating, sleep better, decrease chronic pain, increase confidence, think clearly, be able to focus on your daily tasks, and feel stronger. 

 

You can expect to improve many areas of your life such as your social life, romantic life, career, parenthood, and more, just by feeling the best in your body. 

How long will the results take?

Usually, you’ll begin to see results with my services between 2-3 sessions. If you’re consistent in meeting with me as scheduled, this can take 2-3 weeks at the minimum.

How many times do we need to meet for me to see results?

There’s no definite answer, as it usually depends on your nutritional goals and specific medical conditions, among other factors. On average, we will need to meet for at least 2-3 sessions to begin seeing the results you want and 5-6 months to make those results permanent.

 

For this reason, all my packages and programs are 6 months long, but you can expect to see results after 2-3 sessions.

What differentiates your work from other specialists and nutritionists?

I take a holistic approach to deliver my signature program. My process begins with an assessment phase and includes filling out a questionnaire and completing an intake session. It may also include blood work or other tests.

 

When we obtain more data, I will work with you to set up a health objective, along with step-by-step goals to achieve it. During this process, I will create solutions to help you achieve your goals and develop new ones when necessary.

How long is each session?

My initial session is about 60-90 minutes long. A follow-up session will usually take 30-60 minutes. Overall, I offer ONE free 30-minute Glow consult session.

What are your working hours?

Mondays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Do you sell meal plans?

Everyone’s nutrition needs are different and unique. Personalized meal plans are available for purchase as part of a package or as a standalone service. I also provide access to a comprehensive meal plan vault so you can use a new one each week if you like. 

 

All meal plans include a detailed grocery list and colorful easy recipes to help you meet your needs. 

How can we meet?

The majority of my consultations and coaching are provided virtually over Zoom. 

However, I'm available for in-person meetings (scheduled at least 7 days in advance) on Tuesdays from 9 am to 1 pm for an additional fee of $150 per meeting.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, if you're a resident of Oregon, we're partnered with these insurance providers:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
  • Cigna
  • United Health Care

Will my insurance cover the services?

Insurance usually pays for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services (excluding personalized meal plans).

However, coverage depends on your specific plan and sometimes requires a doctor's referral. While we're happy to submit your claim as a courtesy, please know that coverage isn't guaranteed for all health plans.
