How Are You Feeling?

Let’s start by chatting about how you’re feeling. If you’re dealing with:
  • A lack of appetite, focus, or energy
  • Acne breakouts, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hives, and other skin issues
  • Uncontrollable cravings, restlessness, and fatigued
  • Chronic pain

These symptoms can be compounded (or made worse) if you also struggle with yo-yo dieting. The answer isn’t switching to another fad diet that won’t provide you with the healing and lasting change you need. It’s getting to the source of what’s going on in your body – and addressing that from the inside out. I’m happy to help you get to the root of what’s affecting you. That means that we’ll look at your routines, concerns, moods, and meals. I believe that your health symptoms (physical and mental) are a direct reflection of what you eat and can be alleviated by approaching your food choices and your relationship with food. I’ve been there and have developed an effective strategy for using the right mindset and food choices as a weapon against chronic conditions and yo-yo dieting.

What Makes Working With Me Unique?

My entire business is based on this mantra, “Nutrition is the key to true wellness.”

When you eat right for your body and mind, you’ll feel better.

This means you can achieve more efficiency at work, enjoy quality time with family and friends, and do all of the activities that are important to you.

Also, when you eat right, your body will reach peak fitness to properly fight any medical condition. This will clear up your skin and manage almost any chronic medical condition.

 

But, before you get too excited, here are some things I’ll need to clarify first:

  • I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all nutritional approach. Everyone is different and has their own nutritional goals.
  • My methods are based on reducing inflammation in your body to help you feel better. Just because you look better doesn’t mean you feel better.
  • Proper nutrition and weight loss aren’t always related. You can be overweight and healthier than a slimmer person. If weight loss will truly benefit you, we’ll focus on that area of your life.
  • I won’t force you to eat something you don’t want to eat. While I love whole, plant-based food and it’s included in a lot of my strategies, you don’t have to eat this kind of food if you don’t want to become a vegan or vegetarian. I will always respect your dietary preferences.
  • You also don’t have to be the best cook or spend hours in the kitchen. In fact, you’ll learn just how quick and fun it is to prepare healthy meals at your home.
