Hi, I’m Liat Nadler, a nutritionist, dietitian, health and food relationship expert, influencer, coach, and a Wall Street Journal #1 Best Seller co-author. I am the founder of Fabulous Healing Nutrition & Wellness, a retired engineer, wife to Elad Nadler, and mother to Ofek and Yahav. I advocate for the WHOLESOME health of a woman - inside out.

I've Been There Before
I’m not only a practitioner. I’m dedicated to helping committed busy women end the endless yo-yo dieting cycles, clear their skin from persistent conditions, and heal their gut. The end result? They step into a better and more energetic and confident version of themselves.
I used to be the girl who had big plans in her head but not enough energy, confidence, and physical ability to go after her goals. In fact, here's my story:
At the beginning of my journey, in my early 20s, I suffered from energy loss, rosacea, chronic headaches, severe migraines, anemia, severe PMS, and constant immune issues.
Too many times I canceled plans with friends because of pain, bloating, or lack of energy. Sometimes I just didn’t feel comfortable in my clothes and chose to stay at home because I felt bad about myself. When my son was born, I barely had the energy to wake up and did only the minimum necessary.
I was frustrated because nothing I tried worked, including pills, supplements, and coffee (lots of it). Not to mention how it all affected my self-esteem. I could only do the bare minimum in my business because I was too exhausted. On the days when I was more productive at work, I had no energy left in me to spend with my family.
However, my life transformed from the inside out when I made one subtle shift. I designed my nutrition around my body and goals. Finally, my mind, my body, and my meals weren’t fighting against each other!
Today, I’m living the life of my dreams, running a successful business while still having the energy to spend quality time with my kids, husband, and friends. I have the confidence to travel and walk around in my bikini despite crossing my 40s - something I didn’t have the courage to do in my 20s.

My Credentials
I have a Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine. I am a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist licensed in the Washington State Department of Health. I am a Licensed Dietician and a proud member of the American Nutrition Association. Additionally, I have certifications in plant-based nutrition and medicinal plants from eCornell.
Since early 2023, I am also licensed by Oregon as a psilocybin facilitator.
With my level of expertise and my personal experience in improving my clients' health and wellness, I will make the perfect partner for you on your personal journey.

What Makes Working With Me Unique?
My entire business is based on this mantra, “Nutrition is the key to true wellness.”
When you eat right for your body and mind, you’ll feel better.
This means you can achieve more efficiency at work, enjoy quality time with family and friends, and do all of the activities that are important to you.
Also, when you eat right, your body will reach peak fitness to properly fight any medical condition. This will clear up your skin and manage almost any chronic medical condition.
But, before you get too excited, here are some things I’ll need to clarify first:
- I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all nutritional approach. Everyone is different and has their own nutritional goals.
- My methods are based on reducing inflammation in your body to help you feel better. Just because you look better doesn’t mean you feel better.
- Proper nutrition and weight loss aren’t always related. You can be overweight and healthier than a slimmer person. If weight loss will truly benefit you, we’ll focus on that area of your life.
- I won’t force you to eat something you don’t want to eat. While I love whole, plant-based food and it’s included in a lot of my strategies, you don’t have to eat this kind of food if you don’t want to become a vegan or vegetarian. I will always respect your dietary preferences.
- You also don’t have to be the best cook or spend hours in the kitchen. In fact, you’ll learn just how quick and fun it is to prepare healthy meals at your home.
