This Beta Participant Agreement is a legal agreement being executed between you and Fabulous Healing Nutrition and Wellness LLC that outlines both your obligations and the company’s. It is important for you and Fabulous Healing Nutrition and Wellness LLC that you are comfortable with these terms. 

If you do not understand or agree to any part of the agreement, you should not go forward with the $97 payment to join and instead ask questions before completing your transaction.

By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to all the provisions. Included in these terms is your agreement to:

• ●  Actively use and evaluate the program and materials being tested

• ●  Provide the types of feedback requested and respond to questions

• ●  Give Fabulous Healing Nutrition and Wellness LLC all rights to any feedback you submit

• ●  Not disclose the beta program pricing or discount received

• ●  Not show the materials to others

• ●  Not share copies, pictures, or videos of the program materials with anyone that is not affiliated with the program 

• In addition to the provisions outlined above, participants are required to provide pictures showing their progress to Fabulous Healing Nutrition and Wellness LLC. Pictures should be submitted starting no later than 2 weeks after registration. Failure to provide pictures will result in a charge for the full price of the program. This is to ensure that you are actively using the program and materials, and to provide Fabulous Healing Nutrition and Wellness LLC with feedback on the effectiveness of the program. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions and understand the importance of submitting progress pictures as part of the beta program.
