As a nutritionist, I advise on nutrition and the effects it may have on an individual. I promote healthier lifestyles and eating habits and help you, my client, alter your diet in a variety of ways to meet your unique goals and needs. I can assist with various needs. Starting from weight loss, through food intolerances and allergies, specific health conditions, hormonal imbalance, digestion issues, special diets, and much more. During an intake appointment, I’ll review your health history with you, current eating habits, I’ll take measurements like height, weight, circumference, age, etc. and finally get your goal set. Just like everyone, I love food, too. I also love helping people and teach them about healthy eating, which is a pretty big job. As a nutritionist, I consider myself an expert in food, nutrition, and health. Before you leave this meeting, I’ll provide you with nutrition education and resources on healthy eating to help you stick to your plan.What’s in the Plan?
Each plan is tailored to meet your specific needs. My philosophy is that each and every individual is unique with a different size, shape, and various nutritional needs. That is why there isn’t one diet or approach that fits us all. The tailored plan usually includes:- Lifestyle change recommendations: diet, hydration, sleep, stress management, etc.

Being an accountability partner’ is an essential part of my services.
